DerHandler recommends understanding how your company stands apart from the competition. It is the key to successful business planning, effective marketing and sales. This begins with the development of a unique selling proposition that defines your company focus.

One of the top strategies for maximizing success is do what you do best. If your company makes shoes, focus your efforts on the best shoes possible and use professionals for your other areas of the
company you are less experienced with. Such as IT, HR practices and support investment strategies.
